Processing Time
Orders without specific lead times are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. For items that carry lead times, please check product details or reach out to confirm current availability before placing your order.

Shipping Times (Domestic)
Once an order is shipped, delivery within the United States generally takes 5 to 7 business days depending on the customer’s location. We partner with trusted carriers such as UPS and USPS, and shipments are routed through the provider offering the most efficient rate for the region.

Shipping Times (International)
For international orders, including shipments to Canada, delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. Customers are responsible for paying any applicable import duties, taxes, or fees that may apply.

Carrier Selection and Tracking
Tungsten Edge utilizes UPS and USPS for shipping services. The carrier used for your order will be chosen based on efficiency and rate for your shipping destination. Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided so you can monitor its progress.
