Returns:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
All returned products must be in new, unopened, and unused condition.
A 30% restocking fee will apply to the base price of all returned items.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Tungsten Edge will not cover or reimburse return shipping fees.
Items showing signs of use, damage, or improper handling will not be eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@tungstenedge.com with your order number and details.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the items have not already shipped.
Custom-built or special-order products are non-cancellable once processing begins.
If you need to request a cancellation, please reach out to us promptly with your order details.
